MB Breast Implant Exchange Before and After Pictures

This patient had a breast augmentation and vertical mastopexy with another plastic surgeon.  She wanted bigger implants and more cleavage.  She had high profile 565 cc gummy silicone implants placed with a mastopexy revision.  Fat was suctioned from her inner thighs and transferred to the cleavage area to narrow the gap between the implants.
