Case 2 Breast Implant Exchange Before and After Photos

Patient is a 33 year old female who had a breast augmentation more than 10 years ago by another plastic surgeon and developed severe capsular contracture of her breasts. Her breasts appeared distorted and caused severe pain. A capsulectomy was performed in both breasts and her saline implants were exchanged to silicone. The natural slope of her breasts are restored which is best seen on the side view.
