Patient is a 27 year old female who had a breast augmentation with 700 cc saline implants 8 years ago. She wanted to exchange her saline implants to smaller silicone implants. Permanent sutures were placed to make the breast pockets smaller and 600 cc Style 20 silicone implants were placed.

Patient is a 33 year old female who had a breast augmentation more than 10 years ago by another plastic surgeon and developed severe capsular contracture of her breasts. Her breasts appeared distorted and caused severe pain. A capsulectomy was performed and her saline implants were exchanged to silicone. She had naturally outward pointing nipples however her left nipple rotated upwards when her implant dropped.
